Acquisition of public non-performing assets

The transferor of non-performing assets sells the non-performing assets in compliance with the law. Guangzhou AMC implements the purchase in accordance with the market principles to help the financial institution client (the transferor) effectively resolve financial risks and enhance the level of capital management, or the non-financial institution client (the transferor) revitalizes the stock assets and improves the asset structure.

Transfer of public non-performing assets

Guangzhou Asset carries out disposal and recovery of acquired non-performing assets by means of public disposal or negotiated transfer; social investors participate in the disposal of non-performing assets organized by Guangzhou AMC and, after winning the bidding, pay the relevant transaction amount by one-off payment or installment payment according to their own financial arrangements.

Debt Restructuring

Guangzhou AMC, either on its own or in cooperation with third parties, adopts a series of restructuring arrangements for the acquired non-performing claims, such as adjusting the amount of claims or repayment time, repayment methods, guarantees, default liabilities, and additional capital investment, etc., so as to help the debtors experiencing operational and financial difficulties to straighten out their debt relationships and alleviate the pressure of debt repayment.

Bankruptcy reorganization

For enterprises that may be or have been subject to bankruptcy proceedings but have the conditions for reorganization, Guangzhou AMC, under the auspices of the court and the bankruptcy administrator's management of the debtor's property, disposition and business operation, will act as an investor, either alone or in conjunction with other organizations, to liquidate the debtor's debts and revitalize its assets.

Substantial restructuring

In order to help enterprises out of operational and financial difficulties, Guangzhou AMC uses equity investment or “equity + debt” investment to become the stage shareholders and creditors of the enterprises, and reconfigure their capital, assets, talents, technology, management and other factors to restore their production and operation ability and solvency.

Standardized Debt Investments

Guangzhou AMC invests in standardized debt assets underwritten by financial institutions such as banks or securities companies and issued on the SSE, SZSE or inter-bank market.

Bulk Acquisition of Individual Non-Performing Assets

Financial institutions sell individual non-performing assets in bulk in compliance with the law, and Guangzhou AMC purchases them in accordance with market principles, thus helping financial institution clients (the transferor) to effectively resolve financial risks and improve capital management.
